The next morning Annie hopped a train from her home in Pingtung to spend the day with me. We met at the station. These first images are artwork in the train station. After dinner we walked along the river. She took a late train home. The next morning I hopped a train for Taoyuan and an evening flight back to BKK to meet Sigrid who would be arriving from Seattle 30 minutes before me.
Taiwan is a great place to visit. It would be better to have a friend. Taiwanese are very kind and helpful, but there is a formidable languge barrier. It's difficult to meet new friends.
