Hi. There are very few tourists here, and few Taiwanese speak any English. This was my Taroko tourist group, an English couple and a mother and two daughters from Taipei. The daughters spoke English, as did our driver. It was a pleasant day. Most of the roadway is cut into the cliffside. Many signs urged us not to linger at the railing. Dents in the fence show why.
