# 36.1 Taipei
The Shuda night market is next to a large university. There is a food stall that serves fried bum, meat and vegetables wrapped in dough and fried in a wok. Annie had enjoyed these as a student. It was very crowded the night we went. The stall uses a numbering system. There were about 200 people waiting for their bum, so came went back the next night, earlier!
Young Taiwan men and women take hairfashion very seriously. This salon was doing hair well after 9 P.M.
