Hi. Khao San road is one of the main celebration areas for Son Khran. People celebrate the Thai new year by throwing water on each other and smearing wet rice flower on themselves, friends and cars and busses.
While the red shirts were wreaking havoc in other neighborhoods, it was 'party on' here.
