# 66 Back in Thailand

Halloh. I met Annie at the airport. We were to spend one night in BKK, then take the evening train to Chiang Mai. Thaksins red shirts put an end to that plan. His folks burned several busses and wreaked other general havoc around Bangkok. The afternoon we were to leave, someone opened a valve on an lpg tanker truck near the main train station. The station was closed and departing trains were to be loaded at the first stop. We waited for several hours before finding out that our train was cancelled. It was back into the city to make a new plan.
On our 'first' day in town we wandered into China Town. As I have mentioned before. In asian countries businesses are often clustered. We found funeral supplies street. These are paper accessaries made to clothe dead people for viewing before cremation.
