At the prison and the fields, most of the victims were killed manually using farm tools or clubs. Bullets were expensive. There was a large tree that was used kill babies and children. They were swung by their feet to crush their skulls.
Here is a painting of a prisoner being waterboarded. Here is the actual bucket on the waterboarding table. Note the shackels. I read that Dick Cheney is disappointed that the U.S. is no onger employing this method of interegation.
