More foods
These are duck eggs that are partially developed. In a soon to be written story, you will see photos of Angh and Sapohn. They love these eggs. They are sold by roving vendors in Phenom Penh, and on the beach at Sihanoukville. The girls both insist that the duck is only allowed to grow for 10 days. I believe that the age can vary. I ate some that looked very much like boiled egg. No feathers, no noticeable head, just yoke and white. This last image is a fruit called durian. After six winters I finally tried a bit. It has a pretty bad odor, much like smelly feet. Hotels and other such public places post signs forbidding people from entering their premices with it.
