Sacred stopping spots

Everyone (except me!, being the only Caucasian on the mountain) carried a bag of Buddist offerings.  Mostly yellow flower pedals and insence sticks.  People picked their own shrines to make offerings.  This mountain park is only open to the public for two months a year.  I think that's because it takes ten months to pack out all the debri.
