  Hi there.  After too many long bus rides, my back went out again fot the second time in as many trips.  Two nights in the  ER, and some pretty powerful painkillers.
  I am trying to get this blog back on track but cannot figure out what I doing right, and what I am doing wrong.  I'll keep working at it.
