C.M. Zoo 2

The biggest attraction are the two young Pandas. Their home is air conditioned, and there is an additional admission fee.
It's been very hot here in C.M. Nearly 100 F. for several days. The farmers are burning the rice chaff all around the north. The pollution is awful. The sun rose bright red this morning.
I don't know if Thai politics makes the western news. After the Supreme Court ruled to take $1.6 million of his frozen assets, his supporters began to react. Four genades were detonated at branches of the Bangkok bank. Thaksin has his own television station and broadcasts long speeches from exile in Dubai. On Mar. 12. 100,000 pick up trucks full of his supporters have promised to close the roads in BKK. An assualt rifle, a hand gun and 3,000 rounds of ammunition along with 200 hand grenades were stolen from a military base. Many soldiers in the army are Thaksin supporters. It could get interesting. I fly to Cambodia tomorrow. Good timing huh!?

C. M.. Zoo

Theses spotted garden eels were about six inches long, I think They could slide in and out of their holes with ease, reaching for food or hiding from predators.
This huge rhino was not very cooperative.

Halloh! I found a computer with an older version of Picasa. It would load my photos. Yesterday I went to the zoo and aquarium. Theres a cool glass tunnel to walk through. You see fish on each side and above you.
